IAOL as a movement was established in the year 2003, with a passionate belief that every human has within himself - a vast reservoir of untapped potential, limitless supplies of energy and the answer to every single question he would ever have. The only thing required to be done to make accessing this abundance possible, was to clear the humungous backlog of redundant belief systems which express themselves through thoughts & emotions which we all carry as unwarranted baggage.

To facilitate this process and make it available to various strata of society, over the years, the movement has rapidly grown into a premier institute which has worked with this concept at different levels starting with the individual and moving up through a diverse conglomerate of organizations including schools, colleges, NGOs and the corporate world. The basic modalities relied on have been a variety of workshops with the common thematic content being a quest of discovering newer paradigms of excellence which lie within, resulting in an overall win-win situation for the self and for society.
